Log files

Vensel Publications follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Children's information

When you purchase something from Vensel Publications, as part of the buying and selling process, we or our partners may collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address.

Section 4: Payment

We use Razorpay for processing payments. Neither we nor Razorpay store your card data on our servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, your name, email address, message subject and message content are processed by Pageclip (Pageclip LLC, a third-party data processor based in the United States) on our behalf to collect form submissions and deliver notification emails. Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.
